Membership must stay active and renewed annually for lifetime membership and other benefits to stay active. We are not responsible for the condition or working order of any existing equipment not installed by Cleary. Canceled Membership reverts back to manufacturer and standard labor warranties. Annual flush is for one heater (additional heaters will be half off). You must have an outside clean out for camera inspection. Whole-home filtration products not included unless additional filtration service is added.

Membership must be renewed annually for benefits to continue. Canceled membership reverts back to manufacturer and standard labor warranty. Up to 250 dollars towards new system for repair benefit. 10 Year parts and labor warranty on a Cleary installed new system must have an active AC membership or labor warranty reverts back one year from installation date. Freon and condensate lines are not included in the 10 year parts and labor install warranty.
